Cancellation policy for Holyland tour
- Cancellation done within 1 to 30 days of registration amount of Rs.15000/- will be deducted from the paid amount.
- Cancellation done between 30 days to 1 month prior departure - 50 % of tour cost with deduction of air ticket cost
- Cancellation done 1 month prior departure or no show - No Refund.
- The paid amount is non transferable
Holyland Tour Terms & Conditions
- Any change in Airline or Hotel charge will affect the tour cost.
- The company has the rights to postpone or cancel the tour and also change the tour and also the flight without prior notice.
- Registration in the tour can be confirmed only after a payment of advance of Rs 15,000 per person by cheque, Demand Draft or cash.
- The passengers are fully responsible for any illness ad injuries occurred during the travel. We advice to take travel Insurance.
- Once Tour has commenced no refund is made for unused services.
- Any service provided apart from the group is charged extra. Any last minute increase in airline fares or taxes like government tax, airport tax and fuel surcharge will be charged accordingly.
- Visa issuance is sole discretion of the embassy and we do not undertake to maneuver.
- The company shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever, in connection with the documentation, registration, transportation, insurance, immigration formalities, accident, delay, cancellation, suspension, improper arrangements or any other eventuality.
- The client understands that he/she cannot make or raise any action demand or claim against A.K.International Tourism or its employee, or its Directors and also indemnify A.K.International Tourism, if any claim or action is brought by any party claiming through the client for dealing with A.K.International Tourism and shall always keep A.K.International Tourism or its employees fully indemnified against any claim howsoever caused.
- No claim or complaint of whatsoever nature and claim for the damages shall be entertained and or admitted for consideration if lodged with the company beyond 30 days from the end of our services.
- We would like to advice all our pilgrims to have an overseas medical insurance coverage as we are not responsible for any illness, accidents and medical expenses while on the tour.
- The above rates are valid subject to the dollar rate being between 60 to 62 INR per USD.
- Foreign exchange provided is through our RBI approved forex dealers.
- A.K.International Tourism is not liable for personal expenses of the pilgrims
- A.K.International Tourism is not to be held responsible for delay in flight schedules
- A.K.International Tourism holds all the rights to take decision on behalf of all pilgrims on board during emergency situations.
